Hey everyone. I'm just looking for some one to talk to whether in here or through private message. I am on a service plan that only allows texting within the U.S. So, if you send your number and get no reply, I am not meaning any offence and have no problem talking to you on here.

In a way it is, I suppose. But I can talk to people in other countries through the private messages and on the forums. Just not by texting. My cell phone service does not allow that. So that is the key difference.
