A friend of mine has been to the Doctor several times for her coughing.Doctors took all sorts of tests including X-rays Doc says nothing is wrong with her but she's still coughing. Any home remedies for coughing?Thankyou in advance :)

For coughs, rub pure Eucalyptus Oil on your chest.

I would seek a different doctor if they arent giving any reasons for a persistant cough. Maybe try a humidifier in home for moisture. But would keep going thru doctors until one gave a reason. Iatrogenic illness is one of our top killers in the u.s. so we must be persistant in our healh care.

Hot tea. With honey and a tiny bit of captain. Honey and tea sooth while the alchohol loosens up the esophogas wow my spelling is bad.

Put vicks vapor rub on your chest.put boiling water in a metal bowl and lean over it with a towel over your head.works better than a vaporizer.

Also for an earache warm olive oil so its luke warm.put half a coton ball in it and squeeze it out and put it in your ear.do a few times throughout the night and it cures an earache because the oil draws out the infection.
