Flatmate's [24M] gf [29F] yells at us [22-25M] for having "immature humor" and "rude jokes" in our own flat when she's around. What can we do?

Ok this problem has really bothered us for months now. We've tried to be polite for our friend's sake, but it's getting ridiculous.
So we are a group of 4 male flatmates living in a large flat. We've been living together for roughly a year now, and we've all gotten really close to each other due to similar interests, humor, etc.
One flatmate, Jake, recently started dating this woman, Alyssa, roughly 3 months ago. She has her own place, but starting last month she has pretty much moved in to Jake's room. She is over 6 nights a week and usually spends her entire weekends around here. Nonetheless, she does NOT live here. This is a certainty.
So here's the issue. Alyssa is insanely judgmental of our humor and jokes. In the evenings we're usually watching Comedy Central and shows like Workaholics which can get crude. Since she's always over, she watches with us and makes incredibly angry side comments about how the show's terrible and we're terrible for watching such crappy content. Or when we're just talking amongst ourselves and making dumb inside jokes, she demands to know what we're referring to and then rolls her eyes when we explain it to her and then calls us manchildren. She makes comments like "grow up" or "that's so stupid/immature" when she OVERHEARS us talking to each other, nothing to do with her.
We've tried ignoring her at first but her rude comments have really gotten to us. It feels like we're walking on eggshells at all times and we can't even relax in our own home. We've tried talking to our friend Jake but he's completely powerless when it comes to her. He just begs us to keep the peace.
Honestly what can we do at this point? Alyssa makes living here so much more painful than it needs to be. Her negative/judgmental comments are incessant, and despite how she seems to actively hate us she's over all the time regardless. How do we confront this? Are we really being insensitive/immature, or is she just judgmental?

tldr: Flatmate's girlfriend is incredibly judgmental of our humor/jokes when we're all at home. Constantly calls us immature manchildren when she doesn't get our inside jokes. She's over all the time despite having her own place. We're getting sick of it. What can we do?
