I have a message from someone on here but i can't open it. I go to my inbox and there isn't the subject thing when you click to open it by their name. I went to their profile to message them and there isn't any contact restriction. What's the problem?

I'm not sure I understand the issue. What do you mean you "can't open it"? Is there no link, or does the link take you somewhere else? Could you please describe what you did and what is not working step-by-step so I can help you resolve this? Thanks!

@Andres: Where the link is supposed to be for the subject, Like where it says No Subject or Hi, Hello. things like that. There is no link there for me to click and open the message.

The subject of that message is: <3

You're not seeing that? Do you know if your phone automatically parses that "< 3" into some kind of heart image?

I can see it, so it must be your phone. What phone make and model do you have?

Also, do you have another mobile phone or PC you can use to check it from? I want to try and isolate the issue to your specific phone.

That's the second issue today with that phone. I'm wondering if there is a problem with that specific phone.

At any rate, please try and access it from another device or PC and check if you see it there and let me know. Thanks!
