I [14M] am recently adopted. I lost my temper with this guy at this party. Parents want me to apologise to everyone. I don't know how.
Last night I was attending this party of sorts. I still don't know what it's exactly for. I think it's just a gathering of people. We had to go to this Wine Vineyard I think someone in the family owns.
Last night there was just this really annoying guy at the gathering. I was standing by myself because I really don't know people apart from the immediate family that adopted me. I was looking down into my drink when I started to here "Cat Eyes, Cat Eyes." I heard this about 4-5 times before I looked up in his direction. It was then I realized he was talking to me. I've been told I have cat eyes before because my eyes are different colors. It's called heterochromia.
I just did this half smile and looked away from him. He continued to just be loud and obnoxious. I have this thing where I don't like to be touched unless I trust you. It stems from my childhood. I was standing near the door way and he walked out behind me. He slapped my back and said, "Don't look so down, Cat eyes!"
I turned to him and replied with, "Don't touch me you fat ****ing ogre looking mother****er." My parents came rushing up. Mom took me away while dad stayed to talk to the guy. They both took me to their room to talk. They told me it's not OK to curse people out. They want to say sorry to everyone, and that they'd handle the other guy.
How do I even apologise? I'm not good at this stuff. I don't think sorry is going to cut it.
**tl;dr: A guy at a party slapped me on my back, and in return I called him a fat ****ing ogre. How do I apologise to everyone?

Just be the bigger person...go to him and say "Look, I was having a bad day and shouldn't have cussed you out."
If he says, "It's ok cateyes.", give him a dirt road ass whipping
And your parents are wrong for putting all the blame on you.
