I sent a message to user kitora, when i clicked "home" afterwards i saw the message that i was reporting her when i wasnt even on a page gave me the option to report anyone. My only concern is that she isnt harassed or troubled over it so i wanted to try & get it fixed as quick as i could

Actually, no matter how you send a user a message, the page afterwards always displays a "Report User" button (among several other buttons), so are you 100% sure you did not click that button by accident while you scrolled down to the "Home" button?

If you are, then could you please reproduce the EXACT same steps that you did before, and click the "Home" button and see if it does it again? It it doesn't do it again, then you must have accidentally pressed the "Report User" button, because I don't see how the buttons could have gotten crossed.

All that said, don't worry about it because clicking the "Report User" button does not report a user, you would still have to fill out and submit the form on the page afterwards.
