What is your biggest "wait, why the heck did I do this" auto-pilot moment? (by Sparky)

(54 / M-F / Mississippi)I was making some milkshakes in the blender when I got it good and mixed I went to take the top off at the same time I turned the blender back on. Dropped the lid on the floor instead of just turning it off I had a brain fart and was more worried about the lid. I made a hell of a mess all over ceiling and walls.
