Lights Out (by DearJohn)
Yesterday had a thunder storm come thru that knocked the power out in my area beginning at 6:30pm & still no power at 02:30am. Electric company not sure when they'll have the problem fixed. All I know is my phone battery is almost dead, with no way to recharge it.
Edit: over 100 hundred thousand households are still without power state wide & they still don't know when they can restore the power.

Power finally is restored in my area, news said that practically the whole state was out of power due to the storm which was caused by trees down on power lines that blew down cause of winds reaching up to 80 mph.
@DearJohn:
Yeah we got that same storm yesterday john it got bad at times. Had alot of limbs down and alot of flooding but were lucky not to loose the electricity. Glad you got yours back on its too hot to go without that air conditioner

@rulost2:
Actually, the storm blew the high pressure out of the state to allow a cool front to move in, which took away the humidity. So it wasn't too bad temperature wise.
