To bring the mood up a bit from Sparky's. "What terrifies you most" thread, What brings you the most joy? For me it'sseeing my niece become only the third high school graduate in our family and the first of her generation. It's also seeing my autistic nephew make great strides in how he communicates with non-family members. And no Walks, h00kers and bl0w don't count.

I'll walk through hell and back for both of those kids. They kept me sane through some hard times.

I was outside for that reason. I'm out of charcoal or I'd fix supper out here.

So.....high end escorts and 12 year old bourbon?

What brings me joy is waking up to another day.....knowing I can choose to be a di.ck...or choose to try and make someone smile.

The good news is....bringing joy to someone else is better than finding your own joy. You find that out as you get older.
