Sorry, but as much as I would sincerely love to give heikeva (and you) credit for this referral, we simply cannot retroactively give credit for referred users. Otherwise, we would get a bunch of users claiming they referred other people (or were referred themselves) just to get free Cupid Credits, so we need to be very strict to ensure the integrity of the system. Unfortunately, this means not being able to credit those who we know were referred, but just did not follow the rules. It doesn't feel right, but it's for the greater good. To be absolutely clear, I 100% believe heikeva genuinely referred you (thanks heikeva, by the way!), but again, if others see me making an exception for you guys, then everyone will want the same exception, which I simply cannot do since I would have no way of knowing which requests are genuine and which ones are fake. I know this sounds harsh, but please try and see it from our perspective, as we need to be fair to all our users.

This brings up an important point, folks. Please always make sure your referrals enter your username under "Who referred you?" during the registration process as that is the only way you can get credited with that referral. If you send them the link to your profile (e.g. http://dating.mobi/Andres) and they sign up from that specific page, then your username will be automatically added to the "Who referred you?" field and your referral won't even need to enter it.

P.S. By the way, welcome to Dating.mobi, jaydoger24! Enjoy your stay. :)
