Hopefully can help me here. I know i messed up sending in my first pic accidentally sent it to the verify email addy. But i've tried several different times with different pictures. but keep gettin a reply email they where not succesfully uploaded. And never had this problem before. Thank you for you help

We are aware of this problem and it should be fixed later today.

Yesterday, our Hosting Company (Rackspace) forced us to migrate to a new Server so they could apply an update. Dating.mobi was down for about an hour as a result. When the Server came back online, Rackspace had screwed up some of the file permissions on the Upload Via E-mail part, and they're still working on fixing it (there are hundreds of thousands of directories whose permissions they need to fix).

Sorry about this, folks, but it was out of our hands and we're still waiting for confirmation from Rackspace that it has been fixed.

This is ONLY affecting Uploads Via E-mail for users that registered BEFORE yesterday.

I'll post another update when it has been fixed.

Can ANYONE tell me WHY my verification pic keeps getting denied? I uploaded a clear pic with correct letters 3or4times now. What`s the problem?

@cosmic did u put a "v" infront of the address and all the periods where they belong? Can we see ur face and all the letters?
