I would have to say Bane from the Dark Knight Rises. The speaches would be amazing. And nobody would dare to question his decisions.
Pinky, from pinky and the Brain. That would always be funny at least,
The Roadrunner....somehow he always manages to come out on top
I would say the joker from batman cause he is bat**** crazy no one will try to f uck with the usa with him around as head of state lol
