Invent a child's tv show that uses puppets to spread my evil

I would come up with a way to cause all DOT Laws to be erased from all electronic and paper devices as well as memory loss to any of those who would try to enforce them :-)

Maybe we can use trucking puppets. They ride shot gun and erase anything that the DOT needs to get their slimy hands on
