Fitness tips especially drivers (by hispeedrodeo)
Just wondering if any of you drivers have anything that you work into your routine to try to help you keep in shape obviously other people to post to
I guess after being married been on the road for so long I just kinda quit paying attention to any of it until I got divorced, and now I think it's important for some weird reason :-)
A few of the things I've started doing is basically simple stuff but its proven effective over the last 3 or 4 weeksI have a set of barbells on the truck when I'm driving I'll do curls or and this will sound funny kind of run in place with the Cruise on trying to raise my heartbeat or just holding my legs up in the air only other thing I really dun is force myself into a 30 minute jog everyday like it or not
