Ok so I met this girl at work and im not sure how to approach her and ask her out any advice??

Just my opinion... but try to make it something light and casual... you know for example if you know a group of people from work are going to have a few drinks or something invite her along...it'll give you time to talk to her and get to know each other without her feeling the pressure of having to say yes or no to a quote unquote date... and if things go well then go from there
