I mean, if you requested not to be contacted by someone without a verified number/pic, why you gonna contact them, knowing your verified restrictions, and knowing they aren't verified?

Ok sweety they shouldnt be able to contact you at all. But if you contact them first then they can contact you as many times as they want. But if its not that way then theres a problem and you need to put this in report problems.
