Religious Intolerance (by YooperDad)

After reading several posts I have one thing to say. God gave us free will, what religion we are largely depends on where we grew up. Just because somebody believes differently than you that doesn't give you the right to judge or belittle them for their beliefs. If you don't agree with somebodies beliefs then don't post in their threads.

I agree that someones religion may depend on where he was born but that is not a gemeral case but an exception. Much of the west was christian for a long time but that has changed a lot in the past 50 years. The middle east and the world was pagan before christianity began. And after christianity took over,Islam came along and conquered the entire middle east. The same could be said about Africa and many other parts of the world. People go against the norm and also choose their religion and sometimes a religion very foreign to their culture and environment.

Religious intolerance should not be tolerated in todays society.people should be free to believe and express their beliefs without fear of discrimination and persecution.
