I found a old letter tonight from my best friend.
It made me cry and mad that her life had to end.
She wrote that letter a month before she passed on.
It's been years since I read it & still can't believe she's gone.
She had the biggest heart and would do anything for any one..
She wrote about all the crazy stuff we did but we had fun.
Like the time we ran away from home to her shed.
Then there was the time where she had me shave her head.
She was fighter she never let cancer bring her down.
Even when the treatments got her sick she never frown.
She was my best friend the only one I trusted with my life.
When she got sick it was like getting stabbed in the heart with a knife.
I know in my heart she's not suffering or in anymore pain .
I remember her wedding outside in the pouring rain.
When she passed away her mom played one sweet day.
She was caring to everyone and always had good things to say .
I'll always remember the good times we had.
She wouldn't like me thinking of her and being sad

Today the day I said my good 18 years ago.
I've seen your son grow into the man you wanted so.
You've been missed by us all every single day.
We have so much we didn't get to do and things I needed to say.
You was the strong women that I looked up too .
There are things I wish I did or things I wish you knew.
Today I will visit your grave where you lay to rest
You was so kind and caring you was simply the best

@Briteeyes: thanks bright she was one of those rare friends that was there for everything you might not talk for awhile cause our life's were busy but when we did it was like we just talked the day before always there for each other no matter what
