Imagine that....me confused...anyhow seriously how is it there are so many profiles that seem backwards...for example..." im not single but I'm looking for my soulmate" or im single but I'm with someone im committed to"...really...its really bugging me cause there is someone im fairly interested in but thier profile is the same way...i have no problem making and being friends thru here but how am i supposed to know who's open to the possibility of more with those profiles???

Hmmm well for me i state i am looking for friends cuz i dont want horn dogs thinking im an easy target, i want someone to want to be friends first and if it grows to more, then great, but im not gonna settle for someone jus cuz i want long term and so do they. So i figure if they like me enough to settle for friends then hes worth getting to know more. Thats jus me. I think some people are jus looking for a person to be with and dont matter who it is, thats not what im interested in.

Im only here for the forums anymore. But i agree with brite that friends are good. As for the not single and looking for soul mate maybe they are confused.

The friends thing is good...but I personally got into something that started out as friends and it turned into a huge confusing, emotional mess lol. Long story, but I think a relationship should start with both romantic and friends. All about balance and what works for the folks in the relationship.

I never put a status on my profile and I'm just enjoying the forums and meeting friends here which fortunately I have now :D...For those members with confusing statuses well, that's what they like it , some are even married but what is wrong/confusing to our eyes are right for the others....
