If a person doesnt use their profilethen delete it after fair warning.

The issue with this is the "fair warning" bit. We don't currently e-mail our members like all other sites do because, believe it or not, e-mail is not free when you're talking about a hundred thousand e-mails. So we've been looking for a cost-effective e-mail solution that would allow us to contact all our members, and have found one which we are working on implementing. Once we have that up and running, we will have the opportunity to bring old members back, and to consider deleting those users that never come back (even after we've had a fair chance to warn them).
