I dated a girl when i was in my secondary school days and we finally departed to different states,Now,she's about to wed while im still single and she sent me a IV of her wedding.If this fall to your side,what would you do?

Thats what i was going to ask just like rainbow. That also depends how long you were apart. Because feelings change also and you might just realize that you have grown appart and are better friends. I would go and wish her luck myself.
