Andres (by Dslaney92)
I have reported users multiple times for harassment and asking for money but yet they are still active on the site. I pay to be on here and I'm extremely disappointed nothing has been done. And yes I have blocked quite a few people but I keep getting more and more. Gahhhhh I'm sick of wasting my money
Have you tried writing him a message? He is only one person and there are several users, patience is something you have to learn here and the dump button works perfectly in the situations. Personally, I know that whenever I've messaged Andres with concerns he replies directly.
:( are you actually sending them money? Some women put that on their profile if its what they are looking for so it might help to add do not ask me for money please? lol:)
Not a dime. And it's an ongoing problem. Been at least a month and a half
There's a reason for the report a user option. I see no reason why I should have pm him to get something done. If you're that busy andres why not hire someone to help you.
And btw, You can still message users who have dumped you
This is why we have contact restrictions and with premium u can narrow ur search even more. Dont allow them to contact u, its as simple as that
Dealing with reported users takes time, so your best bet is to give them Negative Karma, Dump them, and forget about them until we deal with them. The Negative Karma helps to alert other users that there is a problem with that user while the Dump completely removes that user from your site experience. The reason dealing with Reported Users takes time is because we don't normally look at a user until he gets reported by at least a few different people. That's because user's get reported all the time for all kinds of irrelevant reasons ("I don't like him"), and some even mistakenly report users thinking they're messaging them. And even after we've received several reports about a specific user, we still have to fully investigate it before we can take any action in order to make sure it's not a concerted effort just to get rid of a user that doesn't actually deserve to get banned. We're also running a bit behind on the reports because Aleksandra normally deals with the Reported Users, and she's been visiting family in Australia for several weeks. At the end of the day, however, we give you the tools to personally deal with the issues so that they don't affect you any longer, so make sure you take advantage of them.
My first dream is to advertise the site to bring in a lot more new users, and my second dream is to be able to hire people to take the site to the next level. However, the revenues are far from even permitting us to advertise at this point, so there's not much we can do about hiring until the revenues pick up A LOT.
Yup, but you won't see any message, wink, or rose they send you, nor will you seem them in any search. That's why Dumping a user is the quickest and easiest way of resolving any issue with them until we deal with them.
