I have a 10 month old and no matter what I do she hardly sleeps at night. I mean I can keep her up all day with like a 10-20 minute nap and she still wakes up A LOT at night. What can I do to get her to sleep better? I really need a good night sleep lol.

Yeah I know but there are a lot of times where she sleeps less than 5 hours a night.. Is that normal? I took her to the doctor a couple doctors and they both said she was fine so I know its nothing too serious.

well she could be a bit hungry. she may need more to fill her little tummy before bed. how do you feel about giving her cereal in her formula? not too much just enough to thicken it? and what position is she sleeping in? she may feel uncomfortable or insecure sleeping in the recommended positions. i had to always adjust my sons sleeping positions to where he felt cradled.

I had a hard time with my son Jasper. What helped him was to sleep in my bed were I was close by.

@johnjay2010: I agree, the same with my son, they feel more secure that way, especially if they wake up in the middle of the night.

@ashley8626 no its not her being hungry she eats a lot lol and she sleeps on her stomach cause thats the only way she will go to sleep in the first place. @johnjay2010 I would but my bed is a pos I wouldnt trust her sleeping on it its really old and falling apart.
