For me, after i realized that he really not meant for me and accept the fact And i know that theres someone out there can heal the pain.. and it takes time after the break up,

What usually helps me after a bad breakup is accepting the fact that based on the part Id play and he'd play in causing the breakup, the relationship just isnt meant to be. It doesnt mean either of us were bad people. We were just looking for different things or had different ideas of what a relationship should be. Once I stop blaming and accept where things are, that's when I can move on.
