It depends Shaquille lol jk Well, some people have rape sexual fantasies. But, here in America rape is a crime and is punishable by the law. Rape is a very delicate subject that places the woman either as victor or victim and the man as monster or king. Personally, unless it's a complete understanding in the form of fantasy, if a girl says no. And then no, no, no...please...etc that's pretty damn obvious. I dont care if he's gotten all the way inside. He had better pull out cause if he continues he's taking her without her willingness and it's rape.

Oh trust and believe, any rapist who ever ends up in prison gets what hes got coming to him.

I know rape is a crime but if there get brutal punishment it will cut down the rate of rapeing in the a country alot of person who rape go to jail do 5 years come out back and do the samething 85% of who killer themself it becasue them get rape and cant handil the high low of stress thats why i say there must get brutal punishment if a man can look at 8yearold girl and rape her he is very wicked that distory the girl life and a man like that only going in jail and eating up tax payers money there must get brutal punishment

Rape is rape! There is no sugar coating it and yes they should all be brutally punished....by big bubba's in prison sounds good as mentioned above lol or we could jus pay to have their willie chopped off and set them free

@InfinityXofXshadows: Actually back in the day they got what they deserved in prison.But due to every state passing laws such as prisoners rights,unlawful punishment etc.Well rapist,pedos,transgender they all go into protective custody.And then shipped to private facility prisons that house only rapist,pedos,transgender,with ac,cable,gym.The non sexual offenders go into the steel bar prisons.

You mean lethal injection? They should be sentenced to death? Hmmm.... I dont know. Rapists take a away pride, self worth, and could probably impregnate but not quite sure if rape should be punished the same as if that rapist also killed the woman. That's very questionable. There are husbands who also rape their wives. They're not punished harshly if at all considering the marital tie between him and his wife. Should that husband also be brutally punished?

You'd be surprised how many rapists don't make it out of prison alive. And most that do usually don't do so untouched. I'll tell you right now i'f i ever got some rapist or chomo up in my cell, i'd give him a taste of what he put his victims through, and then i'd kick his teeth down his throat. But yeah, i do agree with you. I think child rapists deserve the death penalty, or at least life. But you also gotta look at the fact that alot of people do get convicted of crimes they truly didn't commit. Especially sex crimes. Most of the time it comes down to a he said/she said situation, and the reason alot of sex offenders get so little time is because the D.A. Has to throw them a low ball deal so that the victim doesn't have to "endure the stress of having to testify in court". So its not just the fault of the legal system, if more victims would grow some balls and take the stand in court, more sex offenders would be going away for extended periods of time.
