I Wanna Upgrade And Cant. Funky Mobile Business. Help! (by JustMeAndYou77)

Andres, I am trying to upgrade but my phone is screwy with the page navigations. It's refreshing part of the info and circling me around and around. Please help me. Thanks! :))

Sorry to hear about your payment troubles! It's supposed to be super easy, so let's see if we can get you sorted right away. Please make sure:

1) You are connecting using your phone's mobile data plan and not WiFi.
2) You are using your phone's default mobile browser, and not a 3rd party browser such as Opera Mini.
3) Click the payment link of the subscription length you want on this page.


If you do all of the above, is should work without a hitch and take you to the Bango page to confirm your subscription and enter your Credit Card details. If not, then please let me know with as many specific details as possible where it's going wrong and what exactly you see on the page that's giving you issues.

mk, yes, I am using my mobile plan and not wifi and the default web browser. I think cookies is enabled because Im able to clear them but I dont have java support. I also tried clicking on the link and it navigated me to the login page twice :( This is the problem Ive been having though. Either refreshing to the same page requesting the same info over and over again or all of the info doesnt load where it's suppose to. I got paypal while trying to use credit card. I dont know what's going on Andres but I think it's my phone.
