I think about 25-30. 21 was still too young for me to be responsible about drinking. The late 20s seem to be when people start getting a little more serious about things I think.

yeah the legal age for drinking here is 18/21, honestly ive seen 14yr olds get drink and drunk there are probably younger cases.

I think this is a tuff question...shld we decrease it and not make it sumthing for teens to do JUST because they aren't supposed to? I don't know but I think there is a horrible double standard....if we tell em they are responsible enuff to choose to pick up a gun and defend this country at 18 and sometimes compelled to do so without choice, then we got no right to tell em they ain't responsible enuff to drink. As the mom of an 18 yo boy I can tell you that i believe they are not mature enuff for either yet.

I beleave there should b a test like a drivers test that test how responsiable u are and make u carry a card that says ur responsiable to buy it and drink it but raise the age 2 25 b4 u can get it
