(truly can't remember if I posted the next few yet...
but I looked back through and it appears I have not,
but if I did, oops. this is my rambling introduction...
moving on)
I sometimes befriend people who turn out to be jerks...
and when their true colors show,
I feel it deeply, and I normally write it out,
so here is what I wrote after one such time...

and one day I hope
we can look back at this
and laugh
and say
that was the time
it almost all fell apart…
but deep down
in my heart,
I didn't think
we'll ever get that far
So I said my goodbyes to you,
packed my bag
and left into the night.
Made my escape from reality,
found myself in a bottle of Alcohol.
The day I cried my eyes out,
because you think so low of me
So this is goodbye,
my use-to-be friend,
in the end…
you're nothing more
than a bitter memory
