Just square the first number and write your result twice. 2 squared is 4 so 44, 3 sq 9 so 99, 4 sq 16 so 1,616

@Specter22: thats a tricky question . 22x2=44 , 33x3=99 so
44x4=132.
though 1616 is also logically not wrong .
