Hi darkprince, personally, I think it's more about your past relationship with the girl and being best friends with the guy she's now with, than what you may or may not have done to her. I know this seems backwards but this is just my view. Because this is more between you and your ex best friend than her. I think it's more about flexing muscles to prove you both are capable as men. As for the rape comment, it'll be best for both to be able to prove it while texting about it since that could come into question in court.
