You dont have the proper code on the piece of paper, you have your user name on it instead!

really easy, just follow the directions. Go to your profile click on the upload my pic. Get the code and send your pic via email. You can do it through text on your phone. Then go back to your profile click on upload your verified pic and write down a a sheet of paper the code it gives you of letters and numbers. Make sure its clear and you can see your face in it. Then send it again to the same address, but make sure you put a "v." infront of it. Your not gunna get verified if you cant see you face clearly in both pics and if the paper you hold up isnt clear either.

she has the procedure right, but on her verification pic, on the piece of paper, she has her user name instead of her code! Thats why she's having trouble getting verified.

I used a brown marker and made my code big and very visible. Put it directly under your chin

@NVR1NURL1F3: If you pull your hair back a little or step into a little better lighting that will help! Its difficult to see your face.
