Atheism (by Bladerunner)

Also, I see no evidence of God or Jesus's existence, either. I just live my life to be the best person I can be, and IF there are any gods, I think that should be good enough for whoever. Funny thing is, if you look throughout history, God is the number one cause of death worldwide. The way I see it, religion is like a penis. It's okay to have one, and it's okay to be proud of it. Just don't whip it out in front of everyone, and CERTAINLY don't shove it down children's throats. :)
XD i hope i can count this quote of yours as one of yours alone.in the case of reliogion and the lack of it i agree.i regret having posted my own topic on this board now, seeing as many dont understand my interntions. 'satanisim' is a faith determined by that individual.it means to me that to me i see my lifes as my own to control,no god or devil has impact on it.i do not believe in them.i believe change through willpower, motivation, meditation (encouragment and focus) and education.

Look at the first and second law of thermodynamics. Two laws of science. That should tell you,all you need to know about the existance of God.

Question. There are very many from America on this site, as an English atheist from a largely secular country, is it true that atheists are reviled in your land? Does christianity have that strong a grip on your country? Just trying to clarify a confusion. Thank you.
america is da land of da free anyone can believe in whatever they want. If brite wants to be a buddhist she can if donna wants to be a muslim she can n if afunk wanna be an atheist she can n if i wanna be a shaolin monk i can. Does Christianity have a strong grip here in america? I wld say unfortunately no not as strong as it used to be back in da day in 1776 when george washington john adams etc declared america a new nation there was only one God n it was Christ prayers were prayed among politicians nowadays prayers bn taken out of schools n u have many gods now u have buddha u have allah u have Zeus u have JZ n da most popular god of all MONEY. Its pitiful but its true. When Christ comes back i want to be ready pray 4 me fellow christians 4 im a sinner im filthy full of dirt

Well, this is a loaded topic... All I can say is that, while yes, the US is a mostly Christian based country, the lesser viewed religions are taking a firm hold. Especially on the youth of the country. I, myself, am Wiccan. I do not force others to see my way, and I am a huge believer in the fact that every person has the right to choose their own faith. I was baptized Catholic, and chose a different path. Some people accept this, some people don't. I think that we all should take a page out of eachothers books, before we judge anyone, for any reason.

I think that christianity has slowly been taken out of the US through the years. like supafreak said prayer has been taken out of our schools...but not just prayer...i remember growing up we said the pledge of allegiance every morning before clas but kids nowadays cant even say that bcuz it has God in it. i know everyone has their own opinions on religion and some of those opinions are very strong ones so this can be a touchy subject...i just wanna say that in my opinion there arent enough christians in the US....

When I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now each time a remark is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. Is there any method you possibly can take away me from that service? Thanks! http://www.louisvuittonreplicaer.com
