It can take up to 24 hours as it's a manual process.

Hi admin,

what would happen if you're unable to have a verified photo?

Users will trust you less and you will not be able to contact any user who has set "With Verified Pic" in their Contact Restrictions.

Yes, the System can randomly limit your access to the site until you verify your pic. If that happens, it takes less than 2 minutes to write your username on a piece of paper, take a pic with it, and upload it to the site, so it shouldn't be a big deal if your profile pic is legit.

@Andres: i did that but was rejected due to " it wasn't match" but prof pic was taken months ago & since rainbowbutterfly was a bit long, i made it 2 words, does it matter?

As long as you show your entire username, it won't make a difference how you write it. However, I just had a look at your account and your face in your profile pic is very small, and it's difficult to read your username on your Verification Pic because it's written with a highlighter.

We are very strict with the Verification Process because we want to minimize any false positives that can give our users a false sense of security. I recommend you upload a new Profile Pic that shows your face up close and a new Verification Pic with your username written with a Black marker.

That will get you verified quickly.

@Andres: Oh, thank you for the reviewed. I'm in the public place which adhere me to do the verification pic for the moment. Would it be ok if i change my prof pic instead?

You would have to also change your Verification Pic as I mentioned above because your username is not fully clear and visible.

I can tell it's you in both pics, but the reason we cannot verify it as-is and the reason we require a very clear Verification Pic is to ensure no one can steal your Profile Pic and Verification Pic, create a similar username (e.g. Rainboubutterlfy), and get that fake account verified using your pics.
