Feasibility of using rockets to deliver mails (by Stephenem)

A user here suggested using small rockets to send mails. Anyone here with any ideas of how a rocket can be used to send mails with precision & controlled delivery @ destinations?

Yeah, by using a GPS/pre-programed terrain following guidance system just like the one on a Tomahawk Cruise missile. The accuracy is within a couple of feet!

Why use such if you can receive an instant messaging ?

I suppose it could be for airmail to be delivered long distance or overseas. It would be much cheaper than the fuel and pilots wages for an airliner.
