I tried some rattlesnake at a local Arizona restaurant a few years back. It was breaded and fried and served with a rasberry chipotle dipping sauce. I can't say I would recommend it to anyone. It was kinda tasteless and chewy, it wasn't a bad taste, but not something I would want to eat again.

Asian loves exotic food which to others are weird food but not to us such as frogs, field mice, snake , animal internal organs. It is associated of healing prowess
