This is a time for mother and daughter to bond, relay to her how you felt when you became pregnant for the first time, if she feels she can relate to you, she will have a easier time coping with all that is a head of her.

Key words..."I'm 21"....You should be able to make your own decisions.

@marylu91: it's very wrong of her to tell you to choose abortion....

if your living with her I'd say move out....go live with a friend or find a place, go on assistance (I'm sure you won't wanna job while pregnant) and be on your own. Trust me hun, I'm a 19 year old single mom, I've been on my own since I was pregnant because my family wouldn't accept it. they've come around to accept and love him and it didn't take them long. Try sitting your mom down and talking to her. Ask her why she's so against it and ask things like "Did u feel like this when u found out u were pregnant with me?" It'll probably make her come around faster and realize how cruel she's being. Just don't escalate it into a fight. If she or yourself start to get mad walk away. Fighting isn't good for you or the baby and can even cause mental damage to the child.
