Honey, however you do it(I recomend oldfashioned exercise and cutting out sweets and junkfood) just do it safely. I have seen too many beautiful girls mess themselves up permanantly for what a stupid magazine says is beauty. Personally I like a girl with some meat on hef bones and remeber,girls are supposed to have curves! Nobody wants to get intamate with a skeleton.

I agree with NH guy. rubbing two sticks together can be quite uncomfortable.
MediFast. Also get your heart rate up for 30 mins a day, exercise doesn't count unless its up.
I don't recommend any weight loss supplements... It works if you want quick results, but if you stop using it because it costs too much, or you're down to your ideal weight, and you don't exercise afterwards because you never needed to, you'll gain twice the weight back. Best thing I've seen to do is exercise in bursts. Run your hardest for a couple minutes, then walk/jog at an easy pace for about a minute. You only need to do that for about 15 minutes because your body will continue to burn calories after your done running. But don't just do this for running, try some other types of exercising. If you go to the gym use as many as the cardio machines as possible for about 15 minutes. Make sure to switch up your routine and intensify it every week or else you'll get bored of the monotony. Eat breakfast, lunch, n dinner. A big breakfast n a small. Don't eat after 10pm or 4hrs b4 u go 2 bed. Drink 3 glasses of milk or 3 cups of yogurt. Eat wheat instead of white; go 4 the more expensive wheat pasta bc it taste better. Lost 70lbs like that; now i just need a tummy tuck bc 2 c-sections leaves really flabby skin.
After I gave birth I gained weight and what I did was water therapy ( 1 liter of water before breakfast ) staying away from sweets while eating more veggies and fish ( i never skipped meals) then exercise ( I find swimming best) .
