if u go walkin n wrap saran wrap around ur stomach it helps u sweat out the fat u dont want i lose 5 lbs in 3 day from doin that

well these r general weight losing tips..to eat less oily cheesy foods,eat little,jogging,skipping,drinking lots of water:)

All it takes is watch what u eat exercise at least half an hour a day, but at a good pace not slowly but a brisk walk. Also keep motivated at all times it takes alot of will power and u need support. Most people have someone join in with them so u have each other 2 lean on. If ever u want some healthy conversation and a pick me up i'm here 4 u. What ever u do dont give up, i'm so proud of u by giving it a go. Good luck

This might sound weird, but it actually works. Look for a black bag, cut holes to fit your arms threw and another one for your head. You might look like a complete idiot.. But trust me. After that do a few basic exercises. You'll sweat twice as fast, losing twice as fast weight in the same time. My uncle used to do it

Losing weight is incredibly simple and you can do it in just 2 steps:

1) Eat less.
2) Exercise more.

Rinse and repeat. That's it. Seriously. All those diet books are really just different ways of doing 1) and 2) above. If you are serious about losing weight, attack it from both ends and reduce how much you eat each day and then burn more calories by increasing how much you exercise each week.

How do you eat less? Start by reducing your portion sizes. This is a great psychological trick that works wonders. We tend to finish whatever is on our plate and don't feel "satisfied" until we do, so just reduce your portion size and you'll start eating less automagically.

How do you exercise more? Forget gyms, start running. It's free and you can do it anywhere. I hated running my entire life, and then I started running 2.5 miles (4 km's) 3 times a week a few years ago, and now it doesn't bother me any more (I won't say I love it, but I no longer hate it because now it's easy). As with everything, once you make it a positive habit, you get used to it. When I first started, it was hard, but your body adapts very quickly and within 3 weeks it was already considerably easier.

I wasn't really trying to lose weight, either, I was just trying to stay fit because my job (running this place) requires me to sit all day long in front of a computer, and since I run the site from home, my commute is only 10 feet. If I didn't exercise regularly, I'd gain weight, fast.

As for losing weight fast, be careful because losing too much weight too quickly is unhealthy. Just get into the habit of eating smaller portions and running 2.5 miles 3 times a week and you'll lose weight sooner than you think, and if you make it a lifelong habit, you'll keep the weight off the rest of your life.

cardio is the best route for weight loss. any thing that raises your heart rate, and keeps it up. just don't forget to limber up. and don't just start off with a run if you're not used to exercise... I did that on the treadmill, almost collapsed when I was done cause I was so light headed.
