Well they could of worked hard to make it big and have wealth. i.e. The original creators of some companies..
or
they could of inherited their wealth from ancestors which they didn't have to work for...

But others claimed that people also never succeed because of their crap mentality and behaviors that prevented them to acquire wealth . The feeling of being insignificant to the society is one of the many factors ...

hardwork luck and brains all three contribute to make one wealthy .though in different proportions for different people .
