Im not sure on that one. But if you read the rules its not allowed. And maybe she has a letter or something wrong in it. Have her check the address and make sure everythings correct in it.

Ive been able to send my email address thru inbox jus fine...maybe not spell out yahoo. C o m or something jus put yahoo or ymail whatever, but ive had no problems...hope u figure it out
