I think before you reply your mail. Go to the person's profile click on "send message" right there and then you will know that you cant reply them.....so maybe if you do this then you wont feel so frustrated..

I hear you loveable....it seems that theres not much that you can do about it unless you want to do a shout out thread to this specific username if you are intrested in whomever..... also they might be fooling you around surely they know about their contact restrictions....

I've heard that a user with restrictions contacts you first ..after that the restriction isnt valid anymore...is that right?

It was my understanding that u could message someone with restrictions as long as they messaged u first. U cant go thru their pofle u would need to actually reply to their message. Is this not the case? Does it not work for u like that?

They may hope that u are interested and will verify so that u can talk or they forgot what their settings are
