Well, where would I start...Hmmm, ok, I would implement as many social programs as I could slip by the public, place more of the tax burden on the people who already pay most of the taxes, give free cell phones to people who can't afford them, allow illegal aliens to come and go as they please, disallow anymore off shore oil exploration for our country but agree with it when a major campaign donor does it in another country, tell all hard working small business owners that they couldn't have succeeded on their own....Oh wait...
