I am leaving my spouse, I think

In May 2024, I sat down with my (47F) husband (51M) of over 20 years and told him I was unhappy with the way things were. I was tired of him taking out his frustrations our daughters that still live at home (17 and 19) and me. It felt like we were just repositories and punching bags for his emotions. I asked him to do 2 things directly: 1-seek out and start therapy and 2-look into weight management (he has gained over 100lbs in the past 10 months). I asked him to make these appointments in the next 3 months (by August 2024). In August, I asked him if he had tried the make an appointment for either professional and he said no. In early November, I asked again and he said no.
Today I told him that I made 4 bi-weekly appointments with a marriage therapist to help me and us decide if I can continue in the marriage. He says it is coming out of ?nowhere?. He says I never told him I would leave. And he prioritizes my other wants, so this is not fair. I asked that he attend all sessions and he won?t commit.
I guess I?m trying to ask if I?ve done enough or if I should give him more time to prioritize my needs. Am I being unreasonable? TL;DR: I asked my husband to seek professional help 6 months ago and he didn?t, so I am leaving.
