My (F45) BF (M41)of 5 years refuses to leave despite numerous attempts to get him to go.

I have been in a relationship with my bf for 5 yrs. We have no children together and live in a house that my parents own. I pay the rent every month. As time has gone by, I have become increasingly unhappy in our relationship and I have on many occasions made this very clear to him. He ignores me when I ask him to leave, tells me he loves me and wants to work things out, he can make me happy and has nowhere else to go. Then he cries. I, in turn, tell myself that maybe this time things will improve and I can put up with our ?roomates? relationship. We haven?t been intimate in over 2 years. He is always watching porn and pleasuring himself which has lead to a non existent sex life. We don?t kiss, hold hands, hug or have any physical contact. We simply exist, day after day, in my home. He is content with the way things are and doesn?t understand why I?m so unhappy. I honestly have given serious thought to moving out of my own house just to give myself some time to figure out how to get him out. I feel like I?m stuck in this vicious cycle of insanity where I don?t know what to do. He refuses to hear anything I say about breaking up or not being together.
TL;DR. I?m stuck in a miserable relationship with someone who refuses to move out.
