I (30F) saw my boyfriend (30M) visiting a brothel last night through his Find My Friends location. How do I respond?

My boyfriend and I have been dating a year. It?s been smooth sailing so far, and I haven?t had a doubt in my mind until last night.
Yesterday he landed in Colombia with a group of friends for a "guys trip". Around evening, he told me they we're going out for dinner and to explore the city. Later in the night (around 2AM) after not hearing back on a text for several hours, I checked his location on FindMyFriends and was amused/annoyed to see he was at strip club. Then I looked closer at the Google business result and noticed bedrooms in the images? and realized it was a strip club / brothel.
I know this does not prove cheating as he could've just watched strippers while keeping his hands to himself, never stepping foot in the bedrooms. But I have a history of being cheated on so I carry a lot of dread and stress over the possibility of being hurt again by someone I trust. Naturally, my boyfriend secretly visiting a brothel in Colombia in the early A.M. hasn't exactly been easy to digest. Just being in that environment of drinking while surrounded by naked prosts feels like crossing a boundary. I never imagined him as a the type of guy to run to a strip club/brothel first thing when travelling, and I can't help but look at him with a giant question mark now.
Now I?m stumped on what to do. Of course I want to speak to him to seek clarification, but I'm not sure how to approach the topic. He?s gotten defensive with me in the past for my anxieties around cheating, offended that I don't trust him. I would also have to admit to having checking on his location last night, which may leave him feeling like I'm monitoring his fun with friends. But then again, if THIS is the type of fun he's seeking all week, he's not the man that I thought he was.
My head is spinning and I?m stumped on whether I'm over-reacting, under-reacting, and where to go from here. Up until now he's actually been a really stand up guy, so I don't want to jump to conclusions and self-destruct. But I do want to get to the bottom of this.
