Well I suppose I better slow down to just twice a day in my old age. It'll probably help me to remember to take my twice a day medicine

As my surgeon keeps telling me I had major surgery that caused a lot trauma to my body & it's going to take a long time to heal.

I sure don't think the same way anymore and I'm at least 50% slower than I ever was after any other surgery I ever had. If you're not taking care of your heart now, you better start ASAP
