Here is your chance to tell everyone what you really think! I was gonna "rant" about something a few days ago but didnt because, well, it didnt seem worth it because the few people on here wld already know it and probably feel the same way ( Ive actually slowed downed on making new threads for this very reason...predictability of responses). But since this thread is here, Ill go ahead and post it....

Ive become disenfranchised with the lack of women (and men) on this site with interesting, original ideas of conversation. But, instead of blaming this one site, Ive been on a foray on two "popular" dating sites in the last four days or so. And we aint alone people.
While perusing these two "popular" sites, I found two groups of women that stood out prominently.

1. Those hell bent on being in a relationship....I know, I know, thats what dating sites are for, right? Um...NOT when you wanna make me your boyfriend after just a couple of messages! lol! Gotdamm Im sorry, but I love the whole "getting to know someone" process...sue me.

2. Women "too smart" for their own good. Rambling, book length long profiles wriiten by someone who thinks theyre Stephen Hawking reincarnated as a woman, or something. Lady, your life is not THAT important or original lol


What I ultimately found out is that these other sites arent that different than this one......theyre just multiplied 10 times over.
And I think the whole online dating thing is playing itself out.

*Disclaimer- I only spoke abt women because i only perused womens profiles.....Im sure the men are close to the same.

Scientific? No.......Common sense studies lol. I was bored. It was eye opening though....AND I had a few laughs. Also, on one of these "pooular" sites, I immediately started getting messages from scammers.....and there was no recourse other than just blocking them.

And let me add....those two sites interfaces sucked. This sites interface is hands down the best one Ive came across....no pun intended!

I agree with Walks. In my experience with other dating sites the ladies that aren't fakes are either "too smart" for their own good, gold diggers that are looking to be trophy wives, or crazy as a pet coon. It's not worth my time for online dating anymore. The only new woman in my area on here is quite literally my MOTHER!

Nope, wasnt thinking of anyone in particular....just in general.
