There is a girl i like we dated once and been really close friends ever sense we go dancing every weekend and everytime i see her it brings up old feelings whats the best way to ask her out with out putting our friendship on the line

Imo, just be blunt. Let her know how you feel, but let her know that if she doesnt feel that same then thats cool. Just my opinion though. Good luck:)

There is no sure fire way of doing that relationships like this can become very complicated i suggest you ask her quote unquote hypothetically or in a joking manner to test her response if she seems ok with the idea go ahead if not just say i just wanted to see your reaction ...
