@Estarley77: Care to share your taco casserole recipe? I have a recipe for a Mexican casserole that uses Doritos... all taco casseroles are do diff. though and I love spicy food.

I would make anything she wants. Anything at all, no matter what it is or how difficult it seems to be to cook. I would do my best.
