Save an advanced search so I don't have to see people not interested in (by BeccaB)

I know what you mean. There is no one close to me. That's why I stick to the forums here cause you can get a idea on how ppl are on here. Then maybe one day someone might come along that might met your criteria.
Just over a year ago I completely revamped the Search feature of the site and since then you can actually bookmark the results of an Advanced Search and it will update the results automatically.
For example, if you did an Advanced Search for Athletic, brown-haired, green-eyed men in the US and bookmarked the results page, then the next time you visited that bookmark you would see an updated list of results based on whatever sort criteria you chose. By default, users are sorted by Last Login, although Premium users get additional sort criteria such as Registration Date, Karma Score, and Proximity.
That being said, in the future I would like to make the "Matches" smarter by incorporating user search behavior into the algorithm so it provides more precise results, but we're not quite there yet.
